Admin sign up and authorization request

All my team players have been entered and groups created. Now that teams are created each team has a parent step up to be responsible for safety and will have to be added to ePact as a group admin.

Is there a way they can log into ePact enter their group ID and personal info and then all I have to do is approve the person. As opposed to tracking down every team manager, finding out who the person is, tracking them down for their information and then adding them one at a time?

I've asked the organization admin but they do not track this info.
