We'd like to propose the archive report reduce the amount of empty white space. Way to help with that could be:

• Allow the user to pre-select what "activity" to include on the output would help lessen the wrapping of text.

• Shrink the signature.

• Offer users to have the output sectioned out by either Group or Member would be helpful too.

• Attached is a sample of an attendance sheet from our operations system to show as an example of a more desired output.
