We'd like to propose the archive report reduce the amount of empty white space. Way to help with that could be:
Allow the user to pre-select what "activity" to include on the output would help lessen the wrapping of text.
Shrink the signature.
Offer users to have the output sectioned out by either Group or Member would be helpful too.
Attached is a sample of an attendance sheet from our operations system to show as an example of a more desired output.
