The ability to have customizable & fillable PDF forms that are fully integrated into the child's ePACT file and can be set to mandatory (ie: Emergency Cards for licensed care). I understand a similar function is already available; however, families are required to download the form, complete & save, and then upload it back to epact which presents a variety of issues. Further ability for Administrators to then download completed forms as required both in mass & individually.

Streamlined process, ensures reconfirmations, benefits to at risk families, faster return on file completion, less administrative back office work & follow up, etc. Manually uploaded files require manual review each year. We're currently supporting well over 2,000+ families and this is incredibly time consuming for Admin teams & front line staff.
