Add calculated age to form
It would be help to have the calculated age next to the DOB on the form, for a quick reference for staff.

In addition to this, if the DOB in the export could be an actual date, as opposed to what it is now, that would allow sorting and calculations. For example, the current export has the DOB listed as "Apr 09 2005", whereas it would be better to have 04/09/2005 or 4/9/2005 or whatever actual date format can be achieved.
