Very simple: in addition to making the 'Settings' button larger, it should also have better placement on the org page and deserves a more prominent design. The Settings button is one of the most important areas for for Admins and yet it is the second smallest font on the org page. Additionally, its placement is not traditional and the icon is of such a passive design that I have staff regularly ask me how to get to their settings.
